The clearest headlights you will ever see!
Driving with yellow, cloudy headlights makes it tough to see down the road at night. We wet sand, polish, and seal them with a proper UV coat right here in KW so you don't have to fork out for brand new headlight assemblies.

What we do
Headlight Restoration
We sand down the dead, oxidized layer of plastic and buff the lens back to a clean, transparent finish. Always recommended as a pair so both sides match properly.
UV Protective Sealing
Once the lens is crystal clear, we lock it in with a heavy-duty UV clear coat. This stops the sun from chewing it up and turning it yellow all over again.
Why do headlights go cloudy?
Headlights are made of tough polycarbonate plastic, and they come from the factory with a thin UV protective layer. Between the Ontario sun, road salt, winter slush, and flying grit, that coating wears off over time.
Once that seal is gone, the raw plastic oxidizes, turns yellow, and scatters your headlight beam instead of throwing it forward. Getting them restored gets your night vision back and keeps your car looking sharp. :)
Our 5-step process
Taping & Prep
We wash the lens down and carefully tape off the surrounding paint so nothing gets nicked.
Wet Sanding
Using a steady stream of water, we step through grits from 800 all the way up to 3000 to completely strip away the yellow oxidation.
Rinse & Wipe
We wash away all the sanding residue and dry the surface down completely.
Machine Polish
We buff the lens with a cutting compound to bring back 100% optical clarity.
UV Clear Coat
We finish with professional UV sealant coats to cure and protect the plastic against future fading.

Common Questions
How long does the whole process take?
Usually about 45 to 60 minutes for a pair, depending on how badly oxidized they are.
How long will the new finish last?
Our UV sealant protects against fading for years. Parking in the shade or a garage whenever possible helps keep them looking brand new even longer.
Can every headlight be saved?
Almost all of them! The only time we can't fix it is if the yellowing or cracking is happening on the inside of the plastic lens.
Should I do just one or both?
We always suggest doing both. If you only do one, the untreated side will look noticeably yellow right next to the new clear one.
